Hi there! I'm Eugene, an experienced product designer and user researcher. I deliver thoughtful and usable digital products.

 

I use research methods such as contextual inquiries and usability testing to gather data. I provide workflows, personas, and user journeys to define who our users are and to identify what types of problems they're encountering. I design solutions by ideating, designing wires, and building prototypes that I can test with users.

Personally, I've been living in the Los Angeles area for about 15 years with my wife and 2 daughters. I'm a big fan of live music and I'll pay good money to see my favorite artists. I love barbecue! I own a 5-foot pit and I specialize in Texas-style short ribs.
